We can send in our stager, at our cost, to give our clients some guidance and advice on how to prepare the property in a way that appeals to Buyers. This can make a huge difference in how the home photographs, and shows in person!

We have a full time graphic artist in our office that works to create attractive and engaging printed flyers for Buyers to take with them after they view your home. These flyers contain lots of high quality photos and all of the important information about your home.

We have put systems in place to ensure that that is never a complaint that one of our clients have.
